Warranty Policy
All products sold are offered with a 30-day warranty against any manufacturer defects. In many cases, the warranty coverage on many products exceeds the past 30 days. Please check the Warranty Information tab for each specific product. The manufacturer will replace any defective parts within the warranty period. Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In most cases, warranty coverage is taken care of directly by us. If for any reason, your product is defective, please contact us directly through our contact us page. All shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping back to our unless notified otherwise by a representative. Any nondefective products returned to us will incur a return shipping charge that is the responsibility of the buyer or will fall under the return policy if applicable.
We understand that when you're in the middle of a grow cycle, time is critical. If you need a replacement product that is covered under warranty, you may put a deposit on the replacement product in order for us to ship the replacement product immediately. Once the defective product is received and verified to be defective, the deposit payment will be refunded.
The warranty is voided if:
• The product(s) is modified
• The product(s) is damaged due to natural causes.
• The product(s) is damaged due to an accident.
• The product(s) is vandalized or stolen.
• The product(s) does not get proper or periodic maintenance.
• The product(s) is used in a manner which it was not intended for.
Only parts will be covered under the manufactures defect warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine which part is defective. The customer is responsible for the repairs or installation of new exchange parts. Only defective parts will be exchanged.
